Sorry: we do not accept cats. Towels are available on request at an extra charge of £4.50 per person per week (this is the cost to us charged by the laundry). Refundable good house-keeping deposit (£100 Cottage and £300 House). Check-out at 9.30am Saturday and Check-in at 4.30 pm Saturday.

Our Covid-19 refund policy is to refund all payments you have made if the regulations make it unlawful for you to stay at the property.

SHORT BREAKS:  we only accept short-breaks (minimum stay 3 nights) on the House and Cottage  in November, December (pre Christmas) January and February (excluding half term period) and March (excluding Easter weeks) or 2 weeks before the start of your holiday, otherwise we accept only full week bookings. A short break is £800 for the House and £280 for the Cottage.

Both the House and Cottage are very popular with regular guests, so please book early to avoid disappointment
